How To Get A UL Listing for Your Central Station
CSAA and Underwriters Laboratories have developed a series of seminars to assist companies to obtain/maintain its UL Listing.
One of the purposes of these seminars is to dispel much of the myth surrounding the difficulty in obtaining a UL Listing and then maintaining the standards to keep the Listing.
Participants will have check lists and a step-by-step guide on obtaining their listing, as well as meeting with a personal "mentor" or contact from UL who will help them through the process after the seminar is completed.
As more and more AHJ's become aware of the value of independent 3rd party verification and listing, and as more are intent on requiring it in the future, many companies will want to take advantage of this "one-stop shopping course" to get up to the industry standard of the future well ahead of the curve.
The seminars take place in concurrence with the CSAA mid-year meeting. There are no seminars scheduled at this moment.
